What’s with Matcha?
Okay you guys, I’ve been SLEEPING on the matcha life. For months I’ve seen tons of matcha recipes, my best friend Kayla drinks matcha, and then of course, my inspo Hannah Bronfman STAYS hyping up matcha lattes. If you don’t know exactly what matcha is, it’s finely ground green tea leaves which can be used in lattes, desserts, and teas. I was never that interested in trying matcha, BUT once I started doing research about the health benefits, I had to give it a try. Not only is it packed with nutrients, it’s also straight up delicious. If you’ve never tried it and you’re still a bit skeptical, keep reading. I promise you’ll want matcha to be your new morning, (honestly all-day), go-to drink!
