Over these past few weeks I have NOT been feeling like myself. Since moving, I’ve been extremely tired everyday, almost all day. I haven’t been waking up earlier to spend time with God. AND, my motivation is pretty low. Whenever I’m feeling like this I KNOW it’s because my vegetable, water, and activity intake is LOW. God reminded me that it was time to get back on track so I could be more productive and proactive everyday.
Eating healthy isn’t just about losing weight and looking good, it’s also about fueling our body so that we can be effective in our purpose. God gave us plant-based foods so that we can be all that He has called us to be!
